The polyp was carefully removed using powered instrumentation, and the sinus openings were widened to restore proper drainage and ventilation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Outcome:</strong></p><p>Post-operative recovery was uneventful.</p><p>At the 4-week follow-up, the patient reported complete relief from nasal blockage and improved sense of smell.</p><p>Regular saline irrigation and follow-up endoscopies were advised to prevent recurrence.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Discussion:</strong><br>FESS remains the gold standard for the surgical management of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.
